By accessing or using Vidisee's services, website, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Vidisee provides cloud-based object storage services accessible via S3-compatible APIs. Our Services include data storage, retrieval, and management through web interfaces and programmatic access.
To use our Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use Vidisee to store, distribute, or transmit any material that: (a) is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent; (b) infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) contains malware or harmful code intended for distribution; (d) violates any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if no significant storage has been used.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you store on Vidisee. We do not access, use, or share your stored data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit AES encryption at rest and SSL/TLS encryption in transit. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidisee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
