Your account information is stored in secure databases with encryption at rest. Your stored files are encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption. We use SSL/TLS for all data in transit. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions; infrastructure providers to deliver our Services; law enforcement when required by valid legal process. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Stored files are permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.

Vidisee is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
